Grant Program

Program Description

The Delta Endurance Grant Program aims to provide funding to people in support of the Delta Endurance Mission: “to provide more opportunities for people to become active and to challenge themselves."  Grant award cycles occur periodically and are dependent on availability of funding. 

When a new award cycle opens to distribute funding, a link will be available to submit a grant application.  Grant application submissions are assessed by a review committee, and Awardees are selected based on how closely their applications align with the Delta Endurance Mission.  Multiple application rounds may occur during each award cycle depending on the number and quality of the applications received. 

Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and awards may be granted anytime during the award cycle.  Awardees will be notified of their selection no later than one week after the application deadline.  Notifications will only be provided to those that are awarded funding.  

Funding will not be provided directly to the Awardee.  Delta Endurance will provide gift vouchers, coupon codes, and/or will interface directly with the store or company that is providing the requested item(s).

Items and services deemed eligible for support through a Delta Endurance Grant include, but are not limited to:

• Shoes

• Apparel (e.g. shirt, socks, hat)

• Accessories (e.g. watch, hydration carrier)

• Nutrition products

• Event registration fees

• School sport fees

• Coaching fees

• Medical fees (e.g. physical therapy, massage)

• Event travel

Applicants that demonstrate a financial need will be given the highest priority.
