Training Plans

Looking to get off of the couch and finish a local 5k?

Looking to PR at your next half marathon?

Looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon?

If so, I am able to offer customized running plans to help you train for an upcoming race or event.  Based on my years of training and racing experience, in addition to listening to your needs and desires, I can put together a personalized training plan that includes daily workouts designed around your schedule to meet your goals.

Included with the training plan, I will provide two 30-minute consultation sessions to help personalize the plan and to check on progress approximately halfway through the training program.  Finally, I will be available (phone, text, email) to address any reasonable questions you may have throughout your training program.

Race Directing

Do you have an idea for a new race but not sure what to do next?

Did your race director just quit?

Are you running out of time in life and unable to continue directing a race you currently put on?

Do you want to expand an existing race and need more help?

If so, I may be able to step in and help.  While I am still somewhat new to this aspect of the sport, I am becoming well versed in what is needed to put on a quality race.  I have recently completed the Race Director Certification Course put on by the Road Runners Club of America.  But most importantly, I have a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills that will help ensure nothing is missed.

Please send me an email at deltaendurancellc@gmail.com if there is an opportunity where I can be of assistance.

Random Thoughts

Wondering what shoes you should be considering? Do I need a pair of the new Super Shoes?

Confused about all of the GPS watch options out there?  Do you even need a GPS watch?

Need help in picking out some races to train for?

Am I ready to do a 100 miler? Or marathon?  Or a 5k?

Is it okay to walk during a running race?  What is this 'power walking' I've heard about?

If you want someone to bounce those types of questions off of, send me an email at deltaendurancellc@gmail.com and we can chat (most likely on the phone or while out running/walking).  Unless you demand hours and hours of attention, this will be a free service!
